Everhome Construction is owned and operated by Emilio and Spencer, two NWA contractors with 30+ years of combined experience in roofing, gutters, and exterior work.
We're a small, owner-operated roofing and exteriors company based in Northwest Arkansas. No corporate office. No call center. When you call, you get one of us, or someone we trained personally.
Emilio has been working in residential construction for 10 years. Spencer has been doing it for 20. Between us, we've put on more roofs than we can count, walked more storm damage than we can remember, and sat in more living rooms than feels possible explaining what an insurance adjuster missed.
We started Everhome because we got tired of watching the way most roofing companies do business. The high-pressure tactics. The "today only" pricing. The crews that disappear after the deposit clears. We figured Northwest Arkansas deserved something different.

After every inspection, we write up what we found: photos, condition notes, what needs attention now versus what can wait a few years. You keep that report whether you hire us or not.
02 · Claims handled like we own the process.
About 75% of the roofs we replace go through insurance. We've sat through hundreds of adjuster meetings, filed hundreds of supplements, and walked hundreds of homeowners through the entire process.
03 · We finish what we start.
Our crews are local. They live where you live. They drive past your house every day after the job is done. That changes the standard of work in a way subcontractor crews from out of state can't match.
