By using everhomeconstruction.co or engaging Everhome Construction LLC for services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
Services
Everhome Construction LLC provides residential roofing, gutters, siding, and exterior construction services throughout Northwest Arkansas. A free inspection is provided at no cost and carries no obligation to proceed with any work.
Project Agreements
All work is performed under a signed project contract. The contract governs the scope of work, pricing, payment terms, and project timeline. In the event of any conflict between these general terms and a signed contract, the signed contract controls.
Payment
Payment terms are specified in your project contract. We offer financing options through our financing partner. Interest and terms vary by program. Failure to pay per contract terms may result in a lien on the property.
Insurance Claims
When Everhome assists with an insurance claim, we act as your contractor, not as a licensed public adjuster. We cannot guarantee claim approval amounts or timelines. Insurance decisions are made solely by your insurance carrier.
Warranty
Workmanship warranty details are specified in your project contract. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer and are separate from our workmanship warranty. We register manufacturer warranties on your behalf upon project completion.
Limitation of Liability
Everhome Construction LLC's liability for any claim arising out of our services is limited to the total amount paid for those services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Disputes
Any dispute arising from our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in Benton or Washington County, Arkansas, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Arkansas law governs these terms.
