Roofing

Roof replacement and repair, done by neighbors you can trust.

Asphalt shingles to standing seam metal. Residential roofing across all of Northwest Arkansas, with a free written report at the end of every inspection.

Repair or Replace

Most homeowners aren't sure which they need. That's normal.

Repair makes sense when damage is localized, the rest of the roof has plenty of life left, and the issue is identifiable: a leak after a heavy rain, a few missing shingles after a wind event, flashing that's separated around a chimney.

Replacement makes sense when damage is widespread, the roof is past its useful life, or you're planning to be in the home long enough that another repair only delays the inevitable.

The free inspection is how we figure out which bucket you're in. Some people come in expecting a full replacement and walk away with a $400 repair. Others come in for a small repair and realize their roof is at the end of its life. We'll tell you straight either way.

Materials

What we install.

Asphalt Shingles

The default for most NWA homes. Modern architectural shingles handle wind and hail well, last 25 to 35 years, and come in dozens of color options. We install Owens Corning, GAF, and CertainTeed lines depending on your needs and warranty preferences.

Standing Seam Metal

Higher upfront cost, longer lifespan (40 to 70 years). Reflects summer heat, sheds winter ice, and increasingly popular for homeowners planning to stay long-term. Available in painted steel, aluminum, and copper.

Specialty Materials

Cedar shake for that classic Ozark look. TPO membrane for low-slope sections. Synthetic slate for high-end remodels. Less common requests, but we install them when the architecture calls for it.

Process

What to expect during a roof job.

01 · Free Inspection

We come out, walk the roof, document everything, and write up what we find. You get a printed report with photos, condition notes, and our honest recommendation. No charge, no pressure to move forward.

If you decide to move forward, we sit down with you, walk through the report, and lay out the options: material brand, color, and warranty level. Once you've decided, we sign a contract and order materials. Most jobs start within two to three weeks.

02 · Build Day

Shingles, underlayment, drip edge, and accessories arrive a day or two before install. We coordinate the drop and protect your driveway and landscaping.

Most residential roofs take one to two days on the roof. Tear-off comes first (down to the deck), then ice and water shield, underlayment, drip edge, shingles, ridge, and ventilation. We protect your siding, windows, and landscaping with tarps and netting throughout.

03 · Quality Check

We magnet-sweep your yard for nails, haul away all debris, and walk the property with you to make sure nothing was missed. Final paperwork, manufacturer warranty registration, and we're done. You sign off only when you're fully satisfied with the work.

What Makes the Job Different

Four parts of the install most homeowners don't see.

The difference between a roof that lasts 25 years and one that fails at 12 isn't usually the shingles. It's the parts of the install that get cut to save time.
