Siding

Replacement siding for NWA homes.

Vinyl, fiber cement, and composite siding installed by people who treat your exterior like a system, not a checkbox.

When to Replace

Siding doesn't usually fail dramatically.

Unlike a leaking roof, bad siding fails slowly: warping, fading, cracks that let in moisture, woodpecker holes in cedar, panels that come loose in a storm and never quite sit right again.

Hail damage to siding is especially deceptive. The cracks often don't show up immediately. Six months later, you start seeing water staining inside, and the original storm event was the cause all along.

If you can see house wrap or sheathing through gaps in the siding, or panels are visibly buckled and warping, replacement is overdue. We'll be honest if your siding has 5 to 10 more years in it. We'd rather earn your trust now than rush a job.

Options

Three siding types we install.

Vinyl Siding

Most affordable option. Maintenance-free. Modern vinyl handles weather better than older generations and comes in dozens of colors and textures, including cedar shake and board-and-batten profiles. 25 to 40 year lifespan depending on the line.

Fiber Cement

Premium look, painted finish, holds up better in storms because it's heavy and impact-resistant. Brands like James Hardie are popular for higher-end NWA neighborhoods. 50+ year lifespan, but requires repainting every 12 to 15 years.

Composite / Engineered

LP SmartSide, Diamond Kote, and similar products split the difference: lighter than fiber cement, more durable than vinyl, paintable, and warrantied for 50 years. Increasingly the default choice for new builds in NWA.

Often Paired

Most siding jobs we do come with a roof.

About 60% of our siding work happens alongside a roof job. Same hail event, same insurance claim, same crew. Bundling the two saves you the hassle of coordinating separate contractors and usually results in a more cohesive exterior.

That said, we also do siding-only jobs when your roof is fine but the siding has had it. Or when an addition is going on and the siding needs to match.

Hail damage to siding

Often missed at the adjuster meeting.

Adjusters sometimes focus on roof damage and overlook the siding. Hail strikes on vinyl can crack panels in ways that don't show until moisture starts seeping through, months later.

We document siding during every storm inspection and add it to the claim if your adjuster missed it. Most carriers will issue a supplement once the damage is documented, even if the original scope didn't include it.
